As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for energetic, driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and décor to fit their lifestyle and home.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their furniture and home décor needs
Build strong relationships by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored solutions
Stay current on product features, design trends, and promotions across our brands
Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment
Accurately process sales transactions
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store success
Qualifications
No experience required our training program is built by successful sales professionals to help maximize your earning potential
Passion for customer service and relationship-building
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
