How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence.

  • Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff.

  • Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Quality Professional preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Monday through Friday, 8a-430p, but will be required to adjust schedule based on meeting schedules.  No holidays.
  • Organizes and coordinates quality and patient safety (regulatory) program activities and workflow.   Provides oversight and support for disease specific certifications.
