Maintenance Technical Instructor
LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor's degree in education, industrial maintenance or related field preferred
- 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating technical instructor-led maintenance training
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance required. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and lead effective group discussions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment
- Experience in facilitating hands-on maintenance lab activities is preferred

As a Maintenance Technical Instructor, you’ll play a critical role in developing the skills of our maintenance organization. Whether delivering advanced technical training to experienced technicians or helping develop the next generation of technicians from the ground up through our Registered Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship Program, you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our workforce.

You’ll have the opportunity to teach, demonstrate, troubleshoot, and develop technicians in an environment built specifically for technical learning.

- Deliver advanced technical training to maintenance technicians in areas such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and more.
- Develop and improve hands-on training programs using our extensive training equipment.
- Support the development and progression of our maintenance technicians through our Registered Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship program.
- Evaluate trainee knowledge and hands-on competency.
- Continuously improve training content, methods, and learning experiences.
