Responsibilities
You will have a rewarding experience in the corporate Environment, Health, and Safety department by assisting with industrial hygiene, global health and safety initiatives.
You will help design, improve, and run management systems that connect people, product, and places at scale.
You will take ownership early, work closely with teams to solve real-world challenges, and see the direct results of your decisions as they reach customers every day.
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety discipline, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering or related EHS discipline
Must have an expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028, or, Spring/Summer of 2029
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess strong leadership competencies, and strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; dedication and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, along with an overall level of expertise in MS Office environments.
- Involvement with one or more extracurricular activities, work-study or off-campus jobs, and/or volunteer positions.
- Must be able to relocate to indicated work location for the duration of the internship and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation.

The Corporate Center is easily accessible from all major interstates and is just blocks away from PNC Park, Market Square and Pittsburgh’s most popular restaurants. The building has a cafeteria that serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options daily.
