The Mission Support Center (MSC) is seeking a Partner Services Manager to lead a team that helps parishes and schools thrive by building trusted partnerships, overseeing essential business services, developing a team of specialists, and stewarding resources in support of the Church’s mission.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: Oversee consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop MSC specialists across multiple functional areas while fostering a collaborative, mission-centered team culture.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary business partner to assigned parishes and schools, building trusted relationships and addressing needs with responsiveness and sound judgment.
  • Pastoral Center & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pastoral Center leaders to coordinate training, resources, and support while strengthening collaboration and consistency across service areas.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Be a fully initiated Catholic in communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041 – 2043).
  • Align with the values and mission of the Catholic Church and possess a willingness to lead from this faithful perspective. 
  • Serves the Church with integrity and demonstrates responsible stewardship of people, finances, and resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of management experience, with cross-functional leadership experience preferred.
  • Broad understanding of business operations and the ability to effectively lead and support specialists across multiple functional areas.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, interpreting financial information, and overseeing business operations.
  • Experience leading teams and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience working in a Catholic, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong business operations, budget management, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Builds, coaches, and develops teams; fosters collaboration and manages conflict effectively.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, builds trusted relationships, and provides responsive, high-quality service to parish and school partners.
  • Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and adapt in a changing environment.
