Production Coordinator - Carpentry/Carpenter

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Production Coordinator/Manager to act as the operational backbone of our builds. If you have an established track record of managing customer expectations, keeping projects on budget, and delivering uncompromising quality, we want you on our team.

The Role:

You will assist the owner in the successful, efficient completion of premium projects. You are the vital link between our sales team, our builders, and our clients. By positioning resources, managing logistics, and communicating clearly, you ensure every custom build is executed accurately and efficiently.

Drive Production: Assist in developing and executing weekly production management goals and schedules.

Direct Logistics: Serve as the central logistical coordinator for all project supplies and materials.

Bridge the Gap: Ensure all project details are clearly identified and communicated to the field crews.

Keep Everyone Informed: Provide daily updates on the status of all active projects to keep clients and the internal team aligned.

Manage the Office: Handle the essential administrative tasks and documentation that keep the business running smoothly.

Ensure Quality: Complete hands-on, general warranty work as needed to maintain our high standards.

What You Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in the construction industry (Construction management experience is a major plus).

Organization: The ability to seamlessly multitask and keep multiple active projects on track simultaneously.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a high standard for customer service.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to anticipating challenges and solving them before they delay a build.

Competitive Pay & Guaranteed Growth: We offer excellent starting pay based on your experience, plus an automatic $1/hour raise after your first 90 days. Starting salary based on experience and ranging from $22/hr. and up based on experience and qualifications.
