We are looking for highly skilled, professional carpentry crews for a long-term partnership. We handle the business side of things so you can focus entirely on what you do best: building.

What You’ll Be Building
- High-end, custom outdoor living spaces (Decks, 3-season rooms, screened porches, and pergolas) built to exact architectural specifications.
- Complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
- Premium craftsmanship using top-tier composite materials and pressure-treated lumber.
What You Bring to the Table

The Crew: You operate as a minimum 2-person team.

The Experience: 5+ years of heavy carpentry experience, specifically focused on decks, pergolas, and roof framing. You must be highly capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.

The Gear: A complete set of professional-grade tools and a reliable truck/vehicle capable of hauling materials.

The Paperwork: Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.

The Professionalism: Punctual, proud of your craftsmanship, capable of managing material take-offs, and committed to keeping a clean, OSHA-compliant job site. (Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and all weather conditions).
Service Area
We proudly serve Central Virginia, as well as the Shenandoah and New River Valleys. Applicants must reside in Virginia and be able to commute to project sites and occasionally to our office for team meetings/training.
