Senior Software Engineer
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to design, build, and scale large distributed systems at Apollo's AI-powered go-to-market platform. You'll join a profitable, fast-growing company that's rebuilding its entire product around AI and agents, serving 500K+ companies worldwide. We want someone who has built and operated systems at scale, not just someone who knows the tools, but someone who knows when to use the right tools and can mix and match distributed systems to build something greater. You'll own significant systems end-to-end and work with a high-bar engineering team that treats AI-assisted development as a core part of how they work.
What will you be doing?
Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation, serving hundreds of thousands of companies
Build and operate large-scale distributed systems, selecting and combining the right technologies (Kafka, databases, etc.) to solve complex problems
Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes with clear accountability for reliability, performance, and cost
Build AI-native agent systems that are used by hundreds of thousands of people across the world
