Participation :
- à l'intégration du nouveau Pabx avec les équipes projet
-aux migrations des services opérationnels et des utilisateurs
-Création / Change / suppression des utilisateurs et/ou services associés
-Maintien en condition opérationnelle de niveau 2
Environnement technique :
AVAYA AURA 10 / IPO R11 / SLIT NOVA (Annu / Manager / Taxa)
