AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across two schools in Maryland for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a blended elementary and middle school caseload, giving clinicians the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Position Details

  • Location: Annapolis , MD
  • School Year: August 11, 2026 – June 15, 2027
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
  • Onsite Position

About the Role

This SLP will manage a blended caseload of approximately 45-50 students across elementary and middle school settings. The caseload includes a mix of direct services and consult-only students, providing a varied and engaging workload.

You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to support student communication goals and ensure compliance with special education requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and families
  • Support students with a wide variety of communication disorders and educational needs
  • Provide consultation services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet school and state compliance timelines

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with school-based service delivery preferred
  • Experience with IEPs and AAC is beneficial but not required
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation

$70,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
