About AnthroMed Education
AnthroMed Education is a leading provider of educational services dedicated to empowering students and supporting school-based clinicians. Our Speech-Language Pathologists receive competitive compensation, mentorship, clinical support, and a collaborative community designed to help them thrive in their careers.
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support Pre-K through 12th grade caseload for the 2026-2027 school year in Imlay City, MI. This unique role is ideal for an experienced SLP who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working across multiple school environments.
Rather than managing one traditional full-time caseload, this SLP will float between buildings and provide support where it is needed most, helping manage caseload overflow and providing additional support to SLPs with higher caseloads. The position is designed to meet growing student needs and may develop into a larger, more traditional full-time caseload over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students across PreK-12th grade, with the majority of students in PreK-8th grade.
- Collaborate closely with other SLPs, teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication goals.
- Provide services across self-contained, resource, and CI (Cognitive Impairment) programs.
- Assist with managing caseload needs as enrollment and student service requirements grow.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, evaluations, and IEP-related paperwork.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student programming.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP licensure.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable adapting to different buildings, classrooms, caseloads, and student needs.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to serve as a supportive resource for other clinicians.
Why Join AnthroMed?
- Competitive salary of $57,500-$75,000.

- Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.
- Dedicated clinical support from the AnthroMed team.
- Mileage reimbursement included for building to building travel.
If you're an experienced SLP looking for a flexible, collaborative school-based role where you can make an impact across multiple buildings, we'd love to connect with you. Apply today to learn more about joining AnthroMed Education for the 2026-2027 school year.
