Responsibilities
- Promptly clear used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and tableware
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms
- Support servers and hosts in ensuring smooth service flow
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
