We are currently looking for Raw Cable Development Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Next-Generation High-Speed Raw Cable Development: Develop and manufacture next-generation high-speed raw cables for PCIe 7/8, 112 Gbps, 224 Gbps, and beyond.
  • High-Speed Raw Cable Prototyping & Mass Production: Lead high-speed raw cable prototyping and mass production, with a focus on new material development, wire extrusion, taping, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Insulation & Jacket Extrusion: Design and continuously improve specialized core insulation and outer-jacket extrusion processes.
  • Cable Performance & Production Optimization: Continuously optimize cable signal integrity (SI), quality control, and production efficiency.
  • Technology Leadership: Maintain a leading position in raw cable signal integrity (SI) and mechanical performance through continuous innovation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mandarin  
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Polymer Materials Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of high-speed cable development experience, preferably with a leading cable or interconnect manufacturer.
  • Familiarity with polymer materials, including low-Df and foam FEP, PE, and similar materials.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of mold flow analysis and simulation.
  • Proficiency in material development and verification, extrusion tooling, and taping design and improvement.
  • Proficiency with engineering and development tools such as HFSS, CST, Creo, and SolidWorks.
  • Strong innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
