Work Hours for Groundskeeper
- Monday - Thursday
- 9AM - 5PM
Responsibilities for Groundskeeper
- Groundskeeping for the auction lot
- Auction sales day car driving
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, skilled labor, or related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 21 years or older.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move across large lots throughout the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
