Reports to: Director of Ecommerce & Marketing
Location: Hybrid (Mon – Thurs onsite at our NYC HQ in SOHO; Friday WFH)
Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and data-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to support daily operations of our online store, with a strong focus on Shopify management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate product listings, promotions, digital content, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
- Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, SEO tags, images, inventory, and pricing.
- Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across the site.
- Support operations manager with troubleshooting and coordinating technical issues with developers or Shopify apps.
Content & Merchandising
- Assist with merchandising strategies (Search Spring) to maximize conversion, AOV, and customer engagement.
Inventory Coordination
- Monitor and add back-order dates for online preselling
- Clean up disco or sale out of stock items
Marketing & Promotion Support
- QA email campaigns and digital catalogs
Analytics & Reporting.
- Prepare daily reports with insights for leadership.
App & Tool Management
- Assist Director of Ecommerce with merchandising strategies
Skill Requirements
- At least 1 year of ecommerce experience, ideally within a Shopify environment (Amazon/Wal-Mart Marketplace applicable).
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (V-Look Up and Pivot), reporting tools, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of Shopify admin, themes, and apps.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus).
- Basic image editing skills (bonus)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and user experience

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $60k-70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
