Dental Assistant (Reading, PA) - $18–$24 per hour
American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in Reading, PA area. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified)
- Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms
- Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
- Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation
- Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow
Qualifications:
- PA Registered Dental Assistant (required)
- 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- X-ray certification (required)
- Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred but not a requirement)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Compensation:
- $18–$24 per hour
- Monthly performance bonuses
