We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality medical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Assist with medical procedures such as dermal fillers and laboratory tests
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Experience
- Previous experience in travel nursing is a plus
- Proficiency in infant care and pain management techniques
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for electronic health records
- Familiarity with long-term care practices
- Understanding of physiology and its application to patient care
- Ability to administer medications and manage pain effectively
- Experience in infection control protocols
