Base Salary: $29,000 annually
Commission + Incentives: Performance-based
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$100,000+ annually for top performers
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to customers, and wants clear earning potential tied directly to performance.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, educate customers on our services, and convert opportunities into booked appointments and sales.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
3-5 years sales experience
Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with customers
Motivated by performance-based compensation
Goal-oriented and competitive

After being in the industry for years and with multiple companies, the owners decided to break lose and build their own small business. The owners are brothers who were taught honesty, hard work, and serving others by their parents. They are excited to bring these traits to a business level and serve their clients.
We specialize in residential households using a method referred to as IPM - Integrated Pest Management - an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management. In an effort to minimize impact on the environment Alta only uses low impact products.
