Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager

• Lead candidate sourcing and recruitment through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, and endorsement of qualified applicants.
• Monitor sourcing metrics, recruitment reports, and applicant pipelines to ensure targets are met.
• Identify sourcing gaps and process improvements to strengthen recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Operations and Hiring Managers on recruitment initiatives and workforce needs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Sourcing Team Lead/Manager in a Volume Hiring BPO/Agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools, with strong attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and recruitment metrics.
