Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and service contracts.
• Lead facilities projects, improvements, and preventive maintenance.
• Address facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Strong vendor management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and facilities regulations.
