Compliance Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, reviews, and process assessments.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Track corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Partner with QA, Operations, HR, and other teams on compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, audit, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• QA Associates are encouraged to apply.
