About this role

  • Lead and coordinate the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process from initiation through approval and implementation, working closely with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality.
  • Manage the company's document control system, including document revisions, approvals, and controlled distribution.
  • Maintain and update engineering data in the ERP and relevant information systems, including BOMs, part numbers, and labels.
  • Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes, including their impact on existing inventory, open orders, and production.
  • Prepare and maintain technical procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or practical Engineering , preferably in Industrial Engineering – mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ECO, Document Control, Engineering Operations, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment – an advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical drawings – mandatory.
  • Experience working with ERP, PLM, or document management systems – an advantage.
  • High-level English reading and writing skills.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to drive processes across departments.
