About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a critical role in balancing customer demand, production capacity, raw material availability, and finished-goods inventory. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Formulations to ensure we have the right products and materials available at the right time—while supporting efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented supply chain professional who enjoys using data to solve problems, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving how work gets done.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute replenishment of raw materials across manufacturing facilities to support production requirements.
  • Develop and manage finished-goods stocking plans, including adjustments for seasonal demand.
  • Analyze historical demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and other supply chain data to anticipate needs and recommend production plans.
  • Coordinate across business functions to support on-time, reliable finished-goods delivery to customers.
  • Manage inbound logistics scheduling and integration to support efficient and cost-effective material planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Formulations to optimize production and product availability.
  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles by providing demand analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of MRP data for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality, inventory performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Support supply chain projects and change initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, inventory, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively with data and planning systems.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to make processes better.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with an MRP or ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Experience with supply chain planning, production planning, or inventory management.
  • Experience supporting project management and/or change management initiatives.
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, animal nutrition, or a related industry.
