Roofing Repair Technician
Location: North Canton or North Olmsted, OH
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Expected Hours: 35-60 per week

Royalty Roofing is looking for experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our elite team. We offer year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values your skills without the grueling 12-hour days under the sun.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings
- Perform siding and gutter repairs
- Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work
- Install and repair windows and skylights
- Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project
- Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs
- Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies
What You Bring:
✅Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates ✅ Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs ✅ Solid experience with:
- Roof leak diagnosis & repairs
- Roofing installation (all major systems)
- Siding installation & repair
- Windows and skylight installs
✅ Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus ✅ Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season
Work Area:
- Start and finish your day at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop (whichever is closer to home)
- Pay is shop-to-shop: Clock in when you arrive, clock out when you return - we pay for your whole day, not just the jobsite hours
- Work is dispatched based on proximity to your shop
