Weekend Plastics Set-Up

Overview

As a Plastics Set up you will be responsible for removing and installing injection molds and s equipment setups & changeovers of electric and hydraulic plastic injection molding machines.  

Responsibilities

Hours: Friday through Sunday, 6am-6pm 

Get paid for 40

 

• Set-up, install, adjust, repair, test, calibrate, and may operate production line machinery. 
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed. 
• Remove molds from press after completion of run 
• Perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters 
• Keep work area clean and orderly 
• Identify improvement ideas and making recommendations 
• Follow all safety policies and procedures 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Previous set-up experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is preferred 
• Ability to troubleshoot injection molding process issues. 
• Strong knowledge of the plastic injection molding processes
