RESPONSIBLE TO: Director, Marketing

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator, Special Projects supports the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across Allergy Partners while serving as a key contributor to strategic and cross-functional projects. This role is responsible for coordinating social media activities, digital marketing initiatives, marketing communications, field marketing support, website content management, marketing reporting, and special projects that support organizational growth.

The position works closely with Marketing, Operations, Transitions, and field leadership teams to support practice acquisitions, provider onboarding, de novo/start-up locations, community outreach efforts, and other enterprise initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator, Special Projects plays a critical role in maintaining brand consistency, driving patient engagement, and ensuring successful execution of marketing programs across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

Marketing Communications and Content Management

Coordinate development and maintenance of the annual marketing calendar.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, advertising, conferences, trade shows, and other communication channels.
Manage the publication of the company newsletter and other internal marketing communications.
Assist with the development and implementation of patient outreach campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Support creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Maintain and organize the Marketing Department photo and digital asset library.

Social Media Strategy and Execution

Coordinate and execute social media initiatives across all approved platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, and future channels.
Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content scheduling with internal stakeholders.
Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Provide regular reporting and recommendations regarding social media performance and opportunities.
Partner with marketing team members to support brand awareness, patient engagement, provider recruitment, and community outreach efforts.

Website and Digital Marketing Support

Assist with website content updates and optimization initiatives.
Coordinate website enhancement requests and office-specific content updates.
Serve as a liaison between field operations, marketing team members, and external vendors when appropriate.
Support SEO, paid search, digital advertising, and online reputation initiatives.
Review marketing analytics and patient engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.

Field Marketing and Practice Support

Partner with Regional Operations Managers, Practice Managers, and providers to support local marketing initiatives.
Assist practices with website personalization, social media content, online business listings, and patient communication efforts.
Support development of hub-specific marketing plans and community outreach activities.
Coordinate marketing communications related to provider arrivals, departures, office expansions, and other operational changes.

Operations, Transitions, and Special Projects

Support acquisitions, integrations, practice transitions, and provider onboarding activities from a marketing and communications perspective.
Assist with launch planning and marketing support for de novo and start-up locations.
Coordinate announcements, communication plans, promotional materials, and market-entry activities for new practices and providers.
Lead or support special projects requiring collaboration between Marketing, Operations, corporate departments, and field teams.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness and patient engagement.

Reporting and Analytics

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.
Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness metrics.
Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership as requested.

OTHER

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Completes all assigned AP training (such as CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance, Information Security, others) within designated timeframes.
Complies with Allergy Partners and respective hub/department policies and reports incidents of policy violations to a Supervisor/Manager/Director, Department of Compliance & Privacy or via the AP EthicsPoint hotline.
Models the AP Code of Conduct and demonstrates a commitment to the AP Compliance Program, standards and policies.

QualificationsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, communications, project coordination, or related experience preferred.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting healthcare, medical practice, multi-site, franchise, or professional services organizations.
Experience with social media management platforms, CRM systems, website content management systems, marketing automation tools, and project management software.
Familiarity with SEO, paid search, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
Ability to communicate effectively through phone, video conference, and in-person meetings.
Ability to occasionally travel for meetings, conferences, practice openings, onboarding activities, and organizational events.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position primarily operates in a remote office environment with frequent virtual collaboration. The role requires regular participation in video meetings and periodic travel to the Asheville corporate office and other organizational locations as needed.
