 Job Summary

Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's governance framework by performing governance analyses, developing governance solutions, evaluating organizational governance practices, and ensuring governance principles are effectively integrated into business operations, decision-making, and organizational processes.

About the Role

Governance Frameworks

1. Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
2. Assist in embedding governance principles across business functions and initiatives. 
3. Conduct governance assessments and recommend improvements.

Governance Reviews

1. Review governance models, decision-making authorities, committees, and governance processes.
2. Identify governance gaps, overlaps, and accountability issues, and recommend practical solutions. 
    

Delegation of Authority (DoA)

1. Maintain and update the Delegation of Authority framework.
2. Assess organizational changes and recommend updates to approval authorities and decision rights.
3. Review approval workflows to ensure alignment with governance requirements. 

Governance Documentation

1. Develop and maintain governance manuals, standards, guidelines, templates, and governance records.
2. Review governance-related documentation for consistency and alignment with approved frameworks.

Governance Monitoring & Reporting

1. Monitor implementation of governance requirements and follow up on improvement actions.Prepare governance dashboards, reports, and governance maturity assessments. 
2. Analyze governance performance and recommend enhancement opportunities. 

Governance Advisory

1. Provide governance guidance to business units on governance frameworks, approval structures, and governance processes. 
2. Support governance awareness initiatives and promote adoption of governance practices across the organization. 

Continuous Improvement

1. Research governance leading practices and recommend enhancements.
2. Support governance improvement and digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

1.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field with a focus on Governance & Compliance.
2. 3–5 years of total experience.
