About AirOps

AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.

Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

About the role

You will edit and QA AI-generated content on a project basis, using specific brand kits as your source of truth for voice, tone, and style. You will own turnaround SLA and brand compliance rate as the measurable outputs of your work on each project. We are looking for editors who can operate independently across a diverse book of business from the first project forward. If you have deep SEO content expertise and a sharp eye for brand adherence this is the role.

What you'll own

  • Brand compliance across all content in your project scope: edit AI-generated articles, pages, and assets against each customer's brand kit for voice, tone, terminology, and style

  • SEO quality on every deliverable: ensure content meets on-page SEO standards including keyword usage, structure, and readability before it goes out the door

  • SLA attainment per project: hit turnaround commitments for each engagement without sacrificing quality

  • QA process consistency: apply editing rubrics and checklists reliably so customers get a predictable, high-quality output on every project

What you'll bring

  • Proven editing experience on SEO content, with a portfolio that shows both quality and volume

  • Demonstrated ability to edit against brand guidelines and style guides, not just general writing conventions

  • Experience working across multiple brands or clients simultaneously without letting standards slip

  • Comfort working with AI-generated content: you know how to improve it efficiently without rewriting from scratch

  • Ability to work independently on a contract basis with minimal ramp time per project

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with content operations tooling or AI writing platforms

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech content environment

This is a contract based role that is not eligible for benefits.
