About this role

Aira is hiring a Head of Growth to build and own the go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, defining ICPs and closing the first enterprise accounts. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team in a zero-to-one role that shapes revenue, partnerships, and product-market fit for reimbursement automation in interventional specialties.

What you'll do

  • Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
  • Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where Aira fits.
  • Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook.
  • Own OEM accounts from first call to signed contract and beyond.
  • Attend key conferences and build community partnerships to expand reach.
  • Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.

What Aira is looking for

  • 4–7 years of experience working in medical device companies.
  • Direct experience in reimbursement or market access.
  • Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including decision-making, budgeting, and how reimbursement risk affects commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
  • Cross-functional exposure across market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
  • Comfortable actively using AI in your workflow.
  • Full-time availability based in New York City (hybrid; in-person when needed, with some travel to conferences).
  • Compensation includes a competitive base plus meaningful equity.
