  • Salary range 004: $73,000 à$ 91,200 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)


‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’

Reporting to the Production and Maintenance Manager, the Production Supervisor manages production teams, oversees manufacturing processes, and ensures smooth operational performance.

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities through to shipping (milk receiving and processing, production, packaging, aging, and shipping) while ensuring delivery deadlines are met;
  • Ensure operational continuity, adherence to production plans, and product quality standards;
  • Coordinate workforce requirements;
  • Ensure proper management and efficient use of raw materials, ingredients, and cleaning products;
  • Ensure compliance with and follow-up on health and safety programs;
  • Maintain compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements;
  • Support and maintain environmental program initiatives;
  • Supervise and monitor sanitary maintenance of equipment;
  • Ensure the collective agreement is properly applied;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Lead, engage, develop, and train team members;
  • Empower employees and involve them in decision-making.


‘The individual who will own this role’

  • College diploma or university degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of personnel supervision experience;
  • Experience working in a unionized environment;
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an asset;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an asset.
