Intern (Durée déterminée) (Stagiaire)The Product Development Intern works closely with the Product Development Manager and other members of technical services and operations team to research and manage specifically assigned projects. The Product Development Intern is assigned a few projects and is responsible for executing on the assigned projects. The Product Development Intern is assigned a mentor to provide guidance and support. The Product Development Intern is responsible for reporting to the mentor on the progress of work completed throughout the term of the internship with a final report to be presented to the entire Product Development team at the end of the internship. The responsibilities of the Product Development Intern vary based on assignments and department needs.At Agropur, every role is designed to create value and drive results. Where You Will Drive Value
Support product development projects from benchtop testing through plant trials.
Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing experiments to support innovation and product improvements.
Develop, test, and evaluate dairy products to ensure they meet project objectives and performance requirements.
Document research findings and communicate results with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Plant Leadership.
Collaborate with Product Development professionals to understand product development processes, challenges, and best practices.

Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
