About this role
AGRILAND FS is looking for a proven self-starter with the ability to form fast and strong business relationships with a good agricultural aptitude and a passion for farm gate agriculture. We are willing to train and develop entry level but also can reward experience. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will make a direct impact on agronomy inputs across a customer's entire acre, focused on recommending products and services related to:
- Precision farming
- Ag Credit
- Seed
- Plant food
- Plant protection
- Professional custom application services

What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agriculture, preferably job-related internship or on farm work experience
- Strong basic understanding of agronomy
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing others
- Experience demonstrating problem solving and solutions based attitude
