About this role
Key Duties
- Operate automatic palletizing equipment.
- Operate Tray Pak equipment.
- Operate the jug table and sleeve machine.
- Perform hand palletizing activities.
- Follow HACCP, GMP, food safety, and company requirements.
- Monitor finished products for specification compliance, filler temperatures, weights, and coding accuracy.
- Monitor sanitation programs and solution concentrations.
- Perform allergen control verification and environmental monitoring activities.
- Conduct product sampling and testing activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate hand jacks and forklifts.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
