About this role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 2+ years of experience in software to own new products end-to-end - from idea to shipped product to $1M+ ARR - on top of proprietary infrastructure that took years to build and no one else has. You'll join a profitable, fast-growing construction fintech backed by YC and Accel, working in-person in SF with a hungry, technical team building the financial operations platform for a $12T industry.

What you will do:

Own the full product lifecycle for new products - from defining what gets built to shipping, launching, and driving revenue

Work daily with engineers, product analysts, and AEs to scope requirements, QA, and roll out to customers fast

Go deep with construction companies to understand their workflows, uncover unmet needs, and shape products people will pay for

Set and ruthlessly prioritize the roadmap across a portfolio of products, thinking in platforms - not features

Interface directly with customers: run demos, onboard users, negotiate timelines, and communicate across channels

Key Requirements

2+ years full-time experience at a software company in a product, data analyst, or technical role

1+ year hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, databases, and tools like Postman

Must be a hands-on builder, not a pure strategist or manager who avoids execution

Must work in-person 5 days/week at the SF office (101 New Montgomery St)

Strong written communication - able to write clear specs, docs, and customer-facing materials
