At KOA, we create great outdoor experiences for every guest. Our housekeeping team plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment across the campground.
Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeper to clean cabins, deluxe cabins, glamping units, restrooms, bathhouses, and public areas. This role is hands‑on, and essential to maintaining KOA's hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare cabins, deluxe cabins, and lodging units to KOA brand standards
- Clean restrooms, bathhouses, store areas, and other public spaces
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply areas
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Provide friendly, helpful service when interacting with guests
- Follow all KOA safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to lift 10–25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching)
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Frequent walking across uneven terrain
- Standing for extended periods
