We are looking for a Supervisor Jr Almacén Técnicoto deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable individual who understands how to verify the receiving, dispatch, and shipping procedures for aircraft components in compliance with GAM policies and aviation regulations. The position is responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels and the continuous availability of consumable materials, tools, rotable components, and general materials required to support fleet operations. In addition, the role supervises warehouse processes, validates supplier certifications, resolves material discrepancies, ensures stock availability across satellite warehouses, oversees electronic inventory transactions, coordinates the shipment of unserviceable components to repair facilities, and maintains accurate operational reports in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (MGM), the Repair Station Permit (PTA), and the Repair Station and Quality Control Manual (SQCM).

Educational Requirements:

  • Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics.

Experience:

  • Experience in warehouse operations and material receiving.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated driving skills operating standard transmission vehicles and 3-ton trucks.
  • Experience implementing and adhering to standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Experience supervising the receiving, identification, classification, storage, and distribution of consumable materials, tools, rotable components, and general materials.
  • Experience validating supplier documentation and certifications.
  • Experience resolving material discrepancies to ensure operational continuity.
  • Experience supervising inventory levels and warehouse replenishment.
  • Experience preparing operational reports and monitoring daily warehouse activities.
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
