Missions of the job

 

The Regulatory Affairs Officer supports the Registration and Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring that Adisseo products are properly registered, documented, and maintained in internal systems in line with business needs and local regulatory requirements.

 

This role provides administrative, operational, and data management support throughout the product registration lifecycle, from dossier preparation to system updates and reporting. The position contributes to data accuracy, compliance, and efficient coordination between internal stakeholders, supporting the timely market introduction and maintenance of products.

Key Responsabilitites:

 

  • Ensure operational support for the registration of products worldwide, in line with the business strategy, by preparing, collecting and maintaining registration documentation, timelines and supporting data under the supervision of the Registration Manager.
  • Ensure accurate follow-up and reporting of registration activities under your responsibility by updating tracking tools, dashboards and internal reports, and communicating status and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to worldwide quality, feed safety, regulatory and sanitary compliance of Adisseo products by supporting the preparation, filing and maintenance of regulatory statements, dossiers and related documentation.
  • Contribute to database integrity, compliance and usability, including product data, articles and regulatory documentation (e.g. PLM systems), ensuring data accuracy, consistency and proper archiving.
  • Support the global performance of registration activities across the company by identifying administrative or data-related issues, escalating risks, and proposing pragmatic improvements to registration processes and tools.
  • Support interactions with internal and external stakeholders (Registration Managers, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, authorities or associations when required), ensuring timely, accurate and professional administrative follow-up.

Qualifications

Hard Skills 

  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in regulatory affairs, product registration, or compliance.
  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work accurately with databases and digital tools.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Life Sciences, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in regulatory, quality, compliance, or administrative roles is an advantage.
