About this role
Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Creative Marketing Manager to help define how our brand looks, sounds, and shows up in the market.
This role will serve as the creative lead behind our marketing campaigns, social media content, brand initiatives, advertising, events, and other customer-facing communications. Rather than functioning primarily as a graphic designer, the Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing creative concepts, establishing the look and feel of campaigns, writing and shaping messaging, and directing the production of creative content.
This person should be equally comfortable brainstorming a campaign concept, writing a social media script, developing a creative brief, directing a video shoot, reviewing design concepts, and explaining how an idea should come to life across multiple channels.
The role is intended to grow into a broader Creative Director position as our marketing organization and creative capabilities continue to expand.

· Write and develop scripts, concepts, captions, hooks, talking points, and content ideas for social platforms.

· Build creative frameworks and templates that help other teams produce materials without compromising the brand.

· Help ensure multiple business initiatives maintain a recognizable and cohesive brand identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with marketing, sales, technology, recruiting, communications, leadership, and other business teams.
· Meet with stakeholders to understand the underlying objective of a request rather than simply executing what was initially requested.
· Recommend stronger creative approaches when appropriate.
· Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind them.
· Balance stakeholder feedback, business requirements, compliance considerations, and creative quality.

What Success Looks Like
The Creative Marketing Manager becomes the person the organization turns to when asking:
"What should this look like?"
"How should we tell this story?"
"How do we make people actually pay attention to this?"
Success in this role is not measured by the number of graphics personally produced. It is measured by the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the creative ideas being produced across the organization.
Over time, this individual should establish a recognizable creative identity for the brand, improve the quality of our social media and marketing campaigns, strengthen our storytelling, and create a more consistent creative process across the organization.
Career Growth
This position is intentionally designed as a potential pathway to Creative Director.
As the organization expands its creative capabilities, the Creative Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to take broader ownership of the company's creative strategy and potentially lead a team consisting of designers, content creators, social media professionals, videographers, copywriters, agencies, and other creative resources.
Progression into a Creative Director role would include increased responsibility for:
· Overall brand and creative strategy.
· Leadership of the creative team.
· Creative talent development and hiring.
· Agency and production relationships.
· Major advertising campaigns.
· Brand standards and visual identity.
· Content and social creative strategy.
· Executive-level creative presentations and recommendations.
· Long-term development of the company's creative capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who thinks like a Creative Director but is ready to grow into the title.
You have strong opinions about what makes creative work effective and can explain the reasoning behind them. You notice details in advertising, branding, social media, photography, video, and storytelling that others may overlook.
You don't necessarily need to be the person operating the camera, editing every video, or designing every graphic. Your strength is knowing what should be created, why it should be created, and how it should come together.
You can walk into a room with a vague idea and leave with a campaign concept, a script, a visual direction, a shot list, and a plan for bringing it to life.
You understand that creativity isn't just about making something look good. It's about getting someone's attention, telling a story, creating an emotional response, and ultimately helping the business accomplish an objective.
Acrisure Mortgage is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace. Applicants must complete all interviews without the use of AI or automated tools.
