The Senior Associate - Motor Claims will be working in the ADSC (Assignment Delivery Support Center) garage, where they will be responsible for attending to claims, handling vehicle repair movements, and ensuring the smooth operation of claim handling processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely resolution of claims.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity while prioritizing tasks.

Skills & Qualification

  • Excellent knowledge of Automobile and its related aspects

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex claim-related issues

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, garage staff, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve claim-related issues efficiently

  • Basic knowledge of computer software applications and systems

  • Associate Degree in any stream

Responsibilities

  • Attend to claims and handle vehicle repair movements in the ADSC garage

  • Analyze and resolve complex claim-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with garage staff, customers, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and update claim status

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure high productivity

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of claim handling processes, laws, and regulations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

  • Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in claim handling processes, contributing to process improvements

  • Leverage leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims
