Job Summary and Responsibilities
Acentra Health is looking for a Remote EAP Training Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Acentra Health’s training operations by managing accurate data entry within health record systems, coordinating and scheduling training sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position ensures that training activities are well-documented, efficiently executed, and aligned with program goals.
While the core responsibilities center on training coordination and client engagement, there are opportunities to develop and create training content as directed by the supervisor. This includes contributing to the development of training materials for various formats. However, the primary focus of the role remains coordination, data entry, and client-provider communication to support the delivery of high-quality training experiences
Responsibilities:
- Perform Accurate Data Entry in Health Record Systems:
Enter and maintain detailed records related to training activities, including client requests, time/date/location, authorizations, trainer assignments, attendance numbers, and uploaded documentation.
- Support the Training Team with Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and monitoring attendance.
- Maintain and Develop Stakeholder Relationships: Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support training efforts and program goals.
- Engage Network Providers for Training Participation: Proactively contact providers listed in the internal network database to solicit participation in scheduled training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training materials including presentations, handouts, infographics, and interactive activities for onsite sessions, virtual trainings, webinars, and benefit fairs.
- Manage Time Effectively to Ensure Timely Processing: Prioritize and complete training related tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain program operations.
- Ensure Training Readiness: Confirm that all training materials, platforms, and tools are prepared and accessible prior to each session.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit various audiences.
- Maintain Accurate Training Documentation: Record and update all training activities in the health record system to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Serve as a Point of Contact for Training Inquiries: Respond to questions and requests related to training logistics, materials, and participation.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Support departmental goals and organizational needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data entry systems and tools, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- 2+ years of experience scheduling training events.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing training materials and recording computer-based trainings.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven trackrecord of effectively engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Experience using Cava and Salesforce

Experience in Lieu of Degree
For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
Compensation
The pay for this position is listed below.
$23.00 to $29.00 per hour

Pay Range
USD $23.73 - USD $29.66 /Hr.
