To bridge the technical gap between your current background and our employers' strict hiring criteria, all selected candidates must participate in our structured pre-employment upskilling and readiness program before profile submission. This pathway is specifically structured to quickly transform candidates into market-aligned QA Analysts and Automation Engineers, followed by dedicated resume preparation, technical mock interviewing, and direct employer placement support.
The Required Upskilling Pipeline:
To prepare you for active employer vacancies, our instructor-led training curriculum requires a daily commitment (Monday–Friday) covering:
- Manual Testing & Lifecycle: Agile/Scrum workflows, SDLC, STLC, test case design, and bug tracking via Jira.
- Database & API Testing: Structured backend data validation using SQL queries and API test manipulation using Postman.
- Test Automation Ecosystems: Object-oriented programming basics (Java) integrated with Selenium WebDriver fundamentals.
- Modern Frameworks & CI/CD: Hands-on introductions to Playwright and Cypress frameworks alongside Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- A genuine interest in launching or advancing a long-term IT career in Quality Assurance.
- Full commitment to attending live, daily weekday technical sessions and completing assignments.
- High communication skills and strong technical problem-solving logic.
- A reliable personal computer setup and stable high-speed internet access.
- Valid work authorization for your country of residence to fulfill employer placement contracts.
- Professional QA resume alignment optimized for employer ATS platforms.
- Live technical and behavioral mock interview sessions with detailed performance reviews.
