Your Impact
As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials that support our operations. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly contribute to inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and inventory shipments.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
- Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming goods and materials.
- Update inventory transactions and warehouse activities within the ERP system.
- Maintain warehouse equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations and company objectives.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory management environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and experience using ERP systems.
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure. Employees routinely use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems, as well as warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, stretch wrappers, and forklifts.
While performing the duties of this role, employees must be able to:
- Frequently stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grip, and manipulate objects, tools, and controls.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions throughout the workday.
- Regularly bend, reach, kneel, twist, and lift materials while working in assigned areas.
- Move throughout warehouse, office, manufacturing, and storage areas safely and effectively.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Push, pull, and move materials and equipment as required.
