AbleLight is currently hiring a Case Manager, for our Adult Group Family Homes, for the Washington County, OR, market.

Abilities: The level and quality of being able to do something improved with training and experience
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle complex case management issues and problems, Ability to identify and implement creative solutions and solve complex, challenging and changing situations.
- Articulate and confident; must possess poise and show discretion and the highest degree of confidentiality and ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand nuance and adapt communication style based on the audience and situation.
- Excellent organizational and ability to plan project and complete satisfactorily
- Excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experiences
- 4 years of Case Management experience
