JOB DESCRIPTION

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to join the care team for a married couple living with dementia in Plano, TX.

We are looking for multiple caregivers to help cover a consistent weekly schedule, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for steady hours without having to commit to every day of the week.

Schedule & Pay

$19.00 per hour
8:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts
Sunday–Saturday availability
Multiple days available—you do not have to work all 7 days!

About the Clients

You’ll be caring for a husband and wife who are both living with dementia. They require frequent supervision, reminders, assistance with daily activities, and a caregiver who can confidently maintain a structured and supportive environment.

The ideal caregiver will be patient, attentive, dependable, and experienced in working with clients who have dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

Your Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and supervision
Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
Providing frequent reminders and gentle redirection
Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed
Providing transportation to appointments and other necessary outings
Preparing or assisting with meals
Completing light housekeeping and laundry
Maintaining established routines for both clients
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Communicating changes or concerns to the office team

We’re Looking For Caregivers Who Are:

Experienced in dementia or Alzheimer’s care
Patient, compassionate, and dependable
Comfortable caring for two clients during the same shift
Confident providing redirection and maintaining established routines
Attentive and able to manage the needs of both clients
Reliable and committed to their selected weekly schedule
Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and are comfortable transporting clients to appointments
