🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with moving and replacing appliances

• Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs

• Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking

• Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more

• Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor

• Clean carpets using commercial equipment

• Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep

• Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience

• HVAC certification preferred

• High energy and a positive, can-do attitude

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills

• Professional appearance and excellent service skills

• Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
