Leasing Consultant (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

🌟 Must have at least 1 year of leasing experience + fluent in Spanish

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English with a background in leasing or sales? We are  looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team and help make our community feel like home for every resident.

🏡 What You’ll Do:

• Give friendly, informative tours in English and Spanish

• Help prospective residents complete applications and lease documents

• Follow up with leads and stay organized using our leasing software

• Answer resident and prospect questions with care and professionalism

• Support resident activities and community outreach

• Assist with marketing and maintain office presentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Warm, engaging personality and strong communication skills

• Able to multitask and stay organized

• Weekend availability required
