About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 2-7+ years of experience in full-stack web development who has built applications end-to-end and deployed them to production. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, flat organization where ownership and agency are paramount, and have a track record of shipping business applications (B2B SaaS, internal tools, enterprise apps, or consulting-built products). Bonus points if you have experience with AI engineering, agentic systems, or integrating LLMs into products.
What you'll do:
Build customer solutions using Software Factory and help develop parts of the Software Factory platform itself
Take ownership of the complete software lifecycle — development, testing, operation, maintenance, and support — for the products you create
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design and articulate well-engineered solutions to ambiguous business problems
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS
Lead initiatives end-to-end in a flat organization where high-agency individuals chart their own path and grow into broader ownership
Leverage and integrate AI tools to improve engineering productivity and build AI-native software — building AI with AI
