LOCATION Springfield, OH	WORK ARRANGEMENT On-site
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal (less than 10%)	SALARY RANGE $75,000 – $90,000

 

Role Summary

We are seeking for a hands-on experienced HR Generalist to provide on-site support for our Springfield data center, ensuring real-time employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in a 24/7 hyperscale environment.

You'll support daily HR operations, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, leave and timekeeping administration, compliance tracking, and training coordination.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Springfield, OH. This person will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.

What You Will Do

• Be a strategic partner - provide day-to-day HR support and consultative coaching to leaders and employees, helping align decisions with company policy, business goals, and operational needs.
• Drive the talent lifecycle - support full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, plus manage offboarding logistics like documentation and systems access.
• Champion the employee experience - support employee relations, performance management, recognition, and engagement initiatives, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager when needed.
• Keep the workplace safe and compliant - partner with site leadership on health, safety, and compliance efforts, including OSHA training, certifications, and incident reporting.
• Contribute beyond the role - jump into cross-functional projects and evolving initiatives that support the broader business.

What You Bring

• A strong HR foundation - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent HR experience) plus 3–5 years as an HR Generalist.
• Real-world relevance - experience in operational, industrial, or technical environments, with working knowledge of OSHA and safety-driven workplaces.
