What your new challenge will look like
Taking end-to-end responsibility for recruitment processes
Enable and support the growth of the Hungarian 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives
Screening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviews
Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks
Representing 4flow at recruiting events and meeting with new talents to bring them over to 4flow
Acting as first point of contact to hiring managers and external parties
Monitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing
Supporting our international team members when needed
Why you belong at 4flow
We feel confident that you will contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experience
You have at least 2 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
Your communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools
You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded
You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work. You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
