Transport Operations Specialist

To support this development, we are looking for a Transport Operations Specialist in our office in Szczecin.

Responsibilites:

• Monitoring and analyzing transportation and logistics processes.

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation performance, logistics costs, and delivery quality.

• Identifying deviations in logistics and transportation processes and initiating corrective or improvement actions.

• Analyzing operational and cost-related transportation data and preparing reports supporting operational and business decision-making.

• Cooperating with external transportation and logistics service providers to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and smooth operational execution.

• Coordinating selected transportation activities, including organizing transportation based on operational needs of the organization.

• Overseeing the quality of transportation services, including coordination of the claim management process when required.

• Participating in projects related to the development and optimization of logistics and transportation processes.

Your profile:

• 5 years of experience in data analysis or logistics.

• Good analytics skills and business understanding.

• Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written.

• Is skilled in Excel (BI reporting preferably).

• Works well in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

• Is organized, detail-focused, and communicates proactively.
